Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:1. Monitoring of the customer network within defined SLA

2. Initial diagnosis of faults- Validation of alarms.

3. Notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network

4. Creating trouble tickets for investigation by other teams

5. Interaction with other Technical and Incident Management teams in C&W.

6. Interaction with the service desks ,first line teams and key IT contacts.

Essential:1. Basic Networking knowledge (exposure ot Cisco networking preferable)- OSI Layer, TCP/IP Suite, Basic Routing and Switching.

2. Working knowledge of desktop applications (Windows operating systems, internet browsers, office and mail applications)

3. 1 year of experience in Manager service organization.

4. Working experience on NOC environment.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: 
1. Engineering academic background (engineering diploma acceptable)

2. Post Graduation in Advanced Networking preferable

3. One year experience in a Managed Service Organization

Required:
1. Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

2. Good at self-learning and quick learner

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

5. Competitive and Ambitious.

6. Able to prioritize the work during the pressure situation and should be self-drive to look for the solution.

7. Able to work with the team.
