Job Description:
1. Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
2. Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements
3. To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards
4. Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes
Candidate Profile :
Qualifications:
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
4. Good keyboard skills.
5. Flexibility to work in shifts.
6.Graduation/12th pass certificate.
