1. Process the employee confirmation (Sending reminders, follow-ups, collections of forms, letter issuance, system updation, MIS).
2. Process employee transfer/ deputation/ promotion/ Retirement & other Adhoc letter process (Letter issuance, system updation, MIS).
3. Ensure Employee master data update in the SAP on newjoinee, designation changes, location changes, dept change of employees.
4. Ensure the updation of attendance/ leaves in Savior system and in SAP. Weekly/ Monthly reminders on Absences.
5. Prepare various Monthly MIS/ Dashboard/ Analytics on Attendance, Confirmation, Employee actions.
6. SAP work experience is required (mandate).
7. Advance knowledge in Excel required.
