1. Autocad Draftsman CIVIL (Buildings)........................................ Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects such as Buildings, Commercial building, hotel, towers projects
Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures.

2. AutoCAD Draftsman Electromechanical (HVAC, MEP)................... Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

Will be responsible to layout equipment rooms with proper clearances and access. Duct designing, heat load calculation, HVAC Standards Calculation of ductwork and cooling requirements

3. AutoCAD Draftsman Architectural (Buildings)............................... Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary. Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

4. Quantity Surveyor CIVIL (Buildings)............................................ Salary:

Job Description:-

To obtain inputs from Construction Manager and prepare applications for payments, ensure timely submissions, coordinate/ follow up with Contractor's Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor for early certification and release of payment.

To ensure that all contractual/ commercial issues are timely addressed and incorporated in the monthly payment applications and variation claims. Preparation of cost plans, cost estimates and cash flow analysis.

6. Architectural Engineer (Buildings).............................................. Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

the structural integrity of buildings , the design and analysis of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, efficiency and design of plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems, acoustic and lighting planning, and energy conservation issues.

7. Planning Engineer (Buildings)..................................................... Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

Responsible for planning, scheduling & control for project operation in all respect and be accountable for the same. To chalk a target oriented phased manner construction activity, in close coordination with the project team. Revisit the current operation process and suggest changes so as to ensure smooth execution of the current activity at sites & clear bottle necks. To prepare a Macro Site Operations plan in consultation current future developments up to 6 months alongside the operations budgets. Prepare a Macro Site Execution plan in consultation with Projects Managers and roll out of the execution of the same.

8. Electrical Engineer (Buildings)..................................................... Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

* designing the layout of energy distribution, water pipes and ventilation systems
* assessing whether a site is suitable for construction
* identifying the materials and equipment to be used in the various systems
* drawing up plans, writing briefs and reporting on progress
* carrying out tests on systems and making changes to plans where necessary
* monitoring the installation of services and managing their maintenance once the building is completed

9. Mechanical Engineer Buildings (Plumbing & HVAC).....................Salary: Negotiable + Food + All the benefits.

Job Description:-

Job Description:-

Assume responsibility for the planning engineering, construction and scheduling of
