Job Description:
1. ATLEAST 2 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN US STAFFING AS RECRUITER IS MUST.
2. Should be experienced and comfortable working on W2 roles.
3. Should be very comfortable in screening the candidates from various job boards.
4. Well versed with US recruitment operations.
5. Should have Excellent understanding of all the tax terms.
6. Good knowledge about US Geography.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
