Job description:-

We are looking for young and dynamic candidates with good Communication Skills in Hindi and English for Religare Health Insurance Process.

·         Qualifications: Under Graduate/Graduate/Post Graduate

·         Providing support to customers over call for Health Insurance related issues for Voice profile

·         Processing claims and reimbursement for existing customers for Non Voice profile

·         Voice Process Timing: 24*7 (Rotational Shifts), Day Shifts for Female Candidates, 5 days working, 2 split offs.            Non Voice Process Timings: 9am to 6pm fixed

·         Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

·         Shuttle Services for day shift from Nearest Metro Station (Golf Course & Jasola Metro Station).

·         Home pickup and drop for night shifts.
